Overview
At InfoMyGraphic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for credit purchases.
Automatic Credit Refunds
If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit used for that generation is automatically refunded to your account. You don't need to contact us for these cases.
Eligibility for Payment Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund of your payment if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You have not used more than 20% of the purchased credits
- There is a technical issue preventing you from using the service
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Credits have already been used for generations
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content style or quality (we recommend trying the demo first)
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after using the service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@infomygraphic.com
- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will respond within 2-3 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
For partial refunds (when some credits have been used), we will calculate the refund amount based on the unused credits at a prorated rate.
Free Credits
The 3 free credits provided upon registration have no cash value and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any issues.
