By accessing or using InfoMyGraphic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

InfoMyGraphic is an AI-powered infographic generation service that allows users to create unique infographics from text prompts. The service operates on a credit-based system where each generation consumes one credit.

To use our service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• New users receive 3 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

You agree not to use InfoMyGraphic to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Produce misleading or deceptive content intended to spread misinformation
• Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Your Content: You retain ownership of the topics and prompts you provide. The infographics generated are licensed to you for personal and commercial use.

Our Service: InfoMyGraphic and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Generated infographics are provided "as is" based on AI interpretation
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information in generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If a generation fails due to a service error, the credit will be automatically refunded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoMyGraphic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfoMyGraphic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
